I bought a ring from this company and it broke in less than 5 months — with normal wear and no impact or damage on my part. I didn’t drop it or knock it against anything, it simply didn’t hold up.

I reached out to customer service, hoping for at least a replacement or partial refund, but they offered nothing. No accountability, no effort to make it right.

Really disappointed in both the product quality and the way this was handled.
